Tiger Legacy Care: Self Love & Sleep

Two important ways to take care of oneself are through self-love and sleep.  Both of these are critical to maintain one's mental health and help reduce the risk of injury and illness. 

Self-love is practicing self-care, which includes the recommended hours of sleep on a daily basis. 

If you are experiencing mental health issues, including sleep deprivation, support is available.

Scholarship funds may be available on a case-by-case basis through Fund Recovery.
