During mental health awareness month, here are ways to get in the habit of controlling your personal environment to help you stay mentally primed to face your day!
Know and plan out what dreams and goals you want to be successful at
Be aware of others who don’t contribute to your success, dreams, goals
Watch/listen to positive and inspirational material when trying to fall asleep
Minimize social media by finding several days and times that you won’t log on
Seek guidance by a non-judgmental friend/family member, therapist, etc. Try not to take yourself so seriously. It’s ok to be stuck!
